Financial Services

Prevent what you can. Prepare for what you can’t. That's the simple yet powerful philosophy that drives us. There are proven tools and techniques that are available - right now - to help millions age successfully and prevent what we used to think of as inevitable. But many people don't know about them, or how to apply them. That's the gap we're filling - so more of us can make active - even aggressive- efforts to keep aging from disrupting our lives. But we all don't age in the same way. So we use data to identify different "course calculations'' - predicting a particular individual's aging curve. We then apply insights derived from large datasets to make effective personalized recommendations for successful aging. That's the "Prevent what you can '' half of our mission. The second half - preparation for the unexpected - is why we offer our platform through America's Most innovative and trusted insurance companies. The combination of prevention and preparation benefits individuals, their families, and society. Because our mission touches science and behavior change, we are a cross-disciplinary team of experienced entrepreneurs, clinicians, with offices in Tel Aviv and Boston, and backed by leading venture capital firms and strategic investors.

Job description

Designer - Brand & Marketing (Contract to Perm)

About Assured Allies

Aging well is both a health question and a financial one, yet most people are handed those challenges separately. At Assured Allies, we believe the only way to truly age well is to address both.

We partner with insurance carriers to help their policyholders stay healthier and more independent for longer. Our member program, NeverStop, delivers personalized coaching and simple daily actions that help people take an active role in their health and longevity.

We’re building for two very different audiences: adults in their 60s and 70s who are engaging with NeverStop, and the carrier executives, partners, and investors who work with Assured Allies. Our brands need to feel connected while speaking authentically to each audience.

That’s where you come in.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Brand & Marketing Designer to help define and own how both Assured Allies and NeverStop show up in the world.

On the NeverStop side, you’ll take an evolving brand foundation and extend it across everything outside the product experience—from the marketing website and campaigns to sales materials, email, social, and other member-facing communications.

For Assured Allies, you’ll help shape how the corporate brand evolves alongside NeverStop. You’ll work closely with Marketing and Corporate Development to establish where the two brands connect, where they should be distinct, and how they can feel like part of the same company without becoming interchangeable.

This is a highly hands-on role. You’ll design, build, and maintain the work yourself, including our marketing websites in Framer. You’ll also create the systems, templates, and standards that enable the broader team to produce high-quality, on-brand work without needing a designer for every request.

We’re particularly interested in someone who understands that designing for older adults requires thoughtful craft: excellent legibility, clarity, accessibility, and warmth—without relying on the clichés or condescension that too often appear in the category.

We’re open to starting with a contract or part-time engagement, with a clear path to full-time. We’re looking for a long-term design partner who wants to take meaningful ownership of the function, not a project-based agency relationship.

What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve the visual expression of the Assured Allies and NeverStop brands across marketing and communications.
  • Extend NeverStop’s brand system across websites, landing pages, sales materials, email, social, campaigns, and other marketing surfaces.
  • Help define and develop the relationship between the NeverStop and Assured Allies brands.
  • Design and maintain marketing websites and digital properties, primarily using Framer.
  • Create high-quality sales decks, one-pagers, reports, presentations, campaign creative, and executive-facing materials.
  • Partner with Marketing and Corporate Development on campaigns, storytelling, presentations, and other high-impact creative work.
  • Collaborate with our product designer to ensure member-facing program content remains consistent with the broader NeverStop brand.
  • Build and maintain a library of templates, guidelines, and design standards that enable teams to create on-brand materials independently.
  • Establish efficient processes for managing multiple design requests and priorities across Marketing, Product, Corporate Development, and leadership.
  • Use AI-assisted design and content tools thoughtfully to improve speed and efficiency while maintaining a high bar for quality and brand consistency.
  • Bring strong visual and typographic judgment to everything you create.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design, ideally within a technology-focused company.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating range across brand systems, websites and landing pages, presentations, reports, digital content, and campaigns.
  • Experience building, evolving, or extending a brand system across multiple channels.
  • Strong hands-on web design and implementation skills using a no-code platform such as Framer, Webflow, or a comparable tool. Direct Framer experience is a plus.
  • The ability to work comfortably across both B2C and B2B audiences, adapting the visual language and storytelling to each.
  • Strong visual, typographic, and systems-oriented design skills.
  • Excellent judgment around brand consistency, especially when working across many contributors and touchpoints.
  • Experience collaborating directly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, resource-conscious environment.
  • A thoughtful perspective on designing for older adults, with an appreciation for accessibility, legibility, clarity, and inclusive design.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve creative workflows and production efficiency, with good judgment about where AI adds value and where human craft matters most.
  • A high degree of ownership—you’re comfortable identifying what needs to be done and taking it from concept through execution.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in health, wellness, longevity, healthcare, insurance, or a related space.
  • Experience with video, motion design, or storyboarding.
  • Experience as an early or solo designer at a startup or other resource-constrained environment.
  • Experience working across multiple related brands or developing brand architecture.

Compensation & Location

This role is open to starting as a contract or part-time engagement, with a path to full-time based on mutual fit and business needs.

The role is remote within the U.S., with a preference for candidates in the Boston, MA area and consideration for candidates elsewhere on the East Coast.
