About Our Family

We are an active, easygoing household looking for thoughtful support to bring more consistency and calm to the day-to-day rhythm of our home. Our children are grown, and family remains an important part of our lives. We have raised three sons and love spending time with our children and young granddaughter when they visit.

One household member works full-time from home, while the other has a work schedule that includes frequent business travel. We are looking for an extra set of hands to help keep the home running smoothly, stay ahead of the day-to-day details, and provide dependable support throughout the week.

We already have professional cleaners and thoughtful organization systems in place. The right person will help preserve what is working well, recognize when an area could function better, and step in with practical solutions that make the home easier to manage and maintain.

One area where ongoing support would be especially valuable is managing the steady volume of items and deliveries that arrive at the home. This includes receiving and unpacking packages, sorting and categorizing items, preparing certain pieces for upcoming use, putting items away, identifying donations, breaking down boxes, and maintaining a clear process so nothing piles up or gets lost in the shuffle.

Our goal is to create a stable, well-organized home environment where the details are handled proactively, leaving more time for work, family, travel, and enjoying the home.

Who You Are and What We’re Looking For

You are naturally organized, proactive, and observant, with a strong instinct for creating order and keeping things moving. You notice the details, take initiative without needing constant direction, and enjoy helping a home feel calm, functional, and well cared for.

You bring a warm, grounded presence and understand how to read the room. You are personable and easy to be around, while also knowing when to engage and when to give space. Since part of the workday takes place alongside someone working from home, you are comfortable moving through your responsibilities independently, quietly, and confidently.

Clear communication, reliability, and follow-through come naturally to you. You are comfortable juggling a variety of household priorities, from laundry and errands to packages, vendors, special projects, and maintaining the systems that keep everything on track.

You are also comfortable with technology and shared household tools, and an interest in cooking or meal preparation would be a welcome addition as the role evolves.

Most of all, you take pride in being a steady, thoughtful presence in the home and genuinely enjoy creating ease, order, and breathing room for the people around you.
