Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung im Bewerbermanagement, Sichten von Unterlagen, Terminkoordination
  • Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen
  • Vorbereitung des Onboardings neuer Mitarbeitenden
  • Mitarbeit an Stellenanzeigen und Recruiting-Kampagnen
  • Mithilfe bei der Vorbereitung sowie der Durchführung von Veranstaltungen und Events
  • Unterstützung beim Personal- und Hochschulmarketing, beispielsweise durch Pflege von Kooperationen
  • Alumni-Management
  • Nach Wunsch und Bedarf auch Besuch von Recruiting-Messen sowie aktive Suche und Ansprache von passenden Kandidaten
