Job Description:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Java applications and microservices using REST and Spring Boot.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Lead technical design sessions, architecture discussions, and code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.
  
• Upgrade and optimize existing Java and Spring-based applications, improving performance and resolving any legacy issues.
  
• Implement Hibernate for data interaction, ensuring best practices in ORM (Object-Relational Mapping).
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users or QA teams, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior developers, promoting awareness of best practices in software development.
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and technologies, proposing innovative solutions to enhance our applications.
  
• Document design processes, technical specifications, and system configurations as needed.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Solid experience in Java Development and Core Java (5+ years preferred).
  
• Proven experience in microservices architecture using REST and Spring Boot.
  
• Extensive knowledge of Hibernate and experience in working with relational databases.
  
• Strong design and architecture skills, with experience upgrading Java and Spring frameworks.
  
• Familiarity with modern development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
  
• Proficient in version control systems, preferably Git.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
