Job description

Job Title: Project Manager

Reporting To: Project Manager

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to own and drive our core operational pipelines: new product development (NPD), go-to-market product launches, and our ongoing packaging/rebrand rollout across our product portfolio.

In this role, you will act as the central POC transitioning products from initial concept through development, print production, listing creation, and launch. You will coordinate cross-functionally across internal teams (marketing, creative, compliance, supply chain) and external partners (printers, packaging vendors, marketplace partners) to keep every product and SKU moving smoothly on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Product Development & Pipeline Management

  • Own and maintain the master product development pipeline and launch calendar.
  • Coordinate cross-functional milestones across formulation/product development, packaging design, regulatory compliance, and supply chain setup.
  • Establish critical project milestones, track dependencies, identify operational risks, and proactively eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Ensure every active SKU development project has clear ownership, timelines, checklists, and status visibility.

2. Go-to-Market Launch Execution & Marketplace Readiness

  • Drive launch execution from pre-launch planning through live market availability across Amazon, DTC, and marketplace channels.
  • Coordinate marketplace listing setup and asset readiness, including titles, bullet points, images, A+ content, backend keywords, pricing, and compliance documentation.
  • Align inventory availability, warehouse/FBA readiness, and marketing activation dates for smooth go-live execution.
  • Track post-launch performance metrics (sales, listing health, traffic, conversion) and conduct post-launch reviews to continually refine our launch playbook.

3. Packaging Rollout & Version Control Management

  • Manage artwork version control, dielines, and print production tracking across existing and updated SKUs.
  • Coordinate directly with packaging vendors and print manufacturers on specifications, proof approvals, and lead times.
  • Sequence packaging updates and rebrand rollouts against existing inventory depletion to prevent stockouts or scrapped inventory.
  • Route packaging artwork through design and regulatory compliance sign-off.
  • Maintain clean status tracking for all SKU packaging updates rolled out in planned, batched waves.

4. Process Ownership & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Build, document, and continuously refine standard operating procedures (SOPs), launch templates, and project tracking dashboards.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for status updates across product development, launches, and rebrand updates.
  • Drive cross-functional accountability without needing direct authority over every contributor.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of project management experience in CPG, ecommerce, consumer health/supplements, or physical consumer products.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and marketplace operations (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, FBA setup, or DTC platforms).
  • High proficiency with modern project management software (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com) and spreadsheet tracking dashboards.
  • Exceptional organization, task management, and cross-functional communication
    skills.

Preferred

  • Proven track record or translatable experience in managing physical product launches and cross-functional development pipelines from concept through market launch.
  • Experience with packaging workflows, print production tracking, dielines, and artwork version control.
  • Experience in regulated consumer products (dietary supplements, food & beverage, personal care) and compliance review workflows.
  • Experience with Amazon listing structures, variation setups, and launch readiness.
  • Strong background building SOPs and operational workflows for high-velocity product teams.

Benefits & Work Setup

  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Full coverage offering medical, dental, vision, paid time off (PTO), and company-recognized holidays.
  • Company Hardware Provided: You will be provided with a dedicated company laptop/device for all official work activities.
  • Time Tracking & Productivity Tools: To maintain transparency across our fully remote team, this role requires the use of TimeDoctor on your company-issued device during working hours.

  • Cross-Functional Project Management
  • New Product Development (NPD) Pipelines
  • Launch Calendar & Workflow Management
  • Print Production & Artwork Version Control
  • Multi-Channel Coordination
  • Vendor & Supplier Communication
  • Process Optimization & SOP Development
  • Risk Identification & Problem Solving
