Job description

Manager, Program Partnerships and Delivery, Technology Solutions

100% Remote within California, Must reside in California

The Manager, Program Partnerships and Delivery leads the expansion, implementation, and scaling of the Centralized Clinical Placement System (CCPS), a statewide platform that coordinates clinical training placements between healthcare providers and academic programs. The Manager develops strategic partnerships with hospitals, health systems, clinics, other healthcare providers, and educational institutions to expand the CCPS network, accelerate adoption, and optimize available clinical training capacity—particularly in rural and medically underserved communities.

What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Executive Director, Technology Solutions, the Manager leads regional engagement and translates statewide objectives into clear priorities, work plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes. The position manages executive-level relationships with partners and state agencies, collaborates with the product team to align platform delivery with program commitments, and is accountable for achieving milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and increasing partner participation.

Through this work, the Manager strengthens California’s healthcare workforce pipeline by improving the coordination of clinical placements and helping more students complete the clinical experiences required to enter the healthcare workforce. The role independently manages day-to-day team, partner, and program matters while escalating significant strategic, financial, contractual, technical, or delivery risks as appropriate. This position is well suited for an experienced program and partnership leader with demonstrated strengths in people management, implementation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional delivery.

  • Build and manage relationships with healthcare providers, clinical training sites, educational institutions, and workforce partners to expand participation in CCPS
  • Lead outreach, engagement, and representation of CCPS with hospitals, health systems, academic partners, and regional and national organizations
  • Support onboarding and ongoing engagement of partners, including guidance on integrating CCPS into clinical placement workflows
  • Maintain strong partner relationships to promote sustained adoption and effective system utilization
  • Facilitate collaboration between healthcare and education partners to improve coordination of clinical placements and support regional workforce needs
  • Track program participation, adoption metrics, and partner engagement to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Gather partner feedback and communicate insights to internal product and technology teams
  • Develop reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders, along with materials that build broader program awareness
  • Contribute to team effort by completing other assignments and serving on project teams, as assigned.

  • Familiarity with California Community Colleges, public education, or state agencies is a plus
  • Experience developing partnerships or expanding participation in programs or initiatives at statewide scale
