As our Contract Recruiting & Talent Operations Specialist, you will be a key driver of how Thrive Global grows. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role that combines candidate sourcing, recruiting coordination, and stakeholder management. You'll work closely with hiring managers across the company to understand their talent needs, identify promising candidates, and manage the recruiting process from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

You'll be the person who keeps everything moving, anticipating bottlenecks, following through on details, and ensuring candidates and hiring teams have what they need at every stage. We're open to candidates with backgrounds in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or operations who have demonstrated strong sourcing, coordination, and project management capabilities.

  • Coordinate candidate outreach and maintain an active pipeline for current and anticipated hiring needs.

Own Recruiting Operations

  • Manage recruiting workflows from candidate identification through offer acceptance, ensuring each step is completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, feedback collection, and hiring decisions.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date ATS data to support reporting and compliance, including accurate candidate records, interview notes, and recruiting documentation.
  • Track and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and other key recruiting metrics.
