  • Progress Monitoring: Track candidate timelines, proactively follow up on delayed documentation, and ensure applications meet strict submission deadlines.
  • Administrative & Recruitment Support: Support recruitment consultants with general administrative duties, database maintenance, candidate correspondence, and confidential electronic file management.

Requirements

  • Detail Orientation: Exceptional eye for detail and high standards when auditing critical personal and professional documentation.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage high candidate volumes, and meet strict deadlines without compromising quality.

PREFERRED:

  • Australian Immigration Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian migration processes, 482 visa documentation, or trade/professional Skills Assessment body requirements.
  • Global Exposure: Prior experience working with an international firm or supporting remote, overseas-based operations teams.
  • Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience navigating and managing records within JobAdder CRM.
