Make an Impact as a Feasibility Specialist at Worldwide

Play a key role in advancing clinical research by helping identify and engage the right investigative sites for studies around the world. As a Feasibility Specialist, you'll support end-to-end feasibility activities, transforming complex data into meaningful insights that help study teams make informed decisions and move projects forward efficiently.

In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams while serving as a subject matter expert across key feasibility technologies, including investigator survey, scoring, intelligence, and scenario modelling tools. Your work will directly contribute to high-quality site identification strategies, effective feasibility outreach, and reliable study planning.

You'll have the opportunity to influence continuous improvement initiatives, enhance feasibility processes, and help drive innovation through data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

Where You'll Work

This is a remote role open to candidates based in UK, Europe and US. You will collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.

What You'll Do

  • Analyse internal and external data sources to develop, assess, and refine investigator and site identification strategies.
  • Integrate, reconcile, interpret, and quality-check complex investigator and site datasets to deliver reliable, decision-ready insights.
  • Create and maintain site-facing feasibility materials that align with protocol requirements and study objectives.
  • Design and optimise feasibility questionnaires that generate actionable site intelligence and support informed study planning.
  • Configure and manage feasibility surveys within designated technology platforms.
  • Coordinate feasibility outreach activities, driving site engagement and ensuring high-quality, timely responses.
  • Facilitate the preparation, tracking, and execution of Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs) when required.
  • Monitor project deliverables and timelines, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve feasibility capabilities, quality, efficiency, and innovation.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, data analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • 1–2+ years of experience in clinical research, feasibility, site identification, clinical operations, data analytics, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong data analysis, data review, reconciliation, and quality-control skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex information, identify discrepancies, assess risks, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Experience working independently, managing competing priorities, and delivering high-quality work within critical timelines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with clinical feasibility systems, survey platforms, and investigator intelligence tools is preferred.

We love knowing that someone is going to have a better life because of the work we do.
