High School Virtual Math Teacher

Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is seeking candidates for a daytime remote High School Math Teacher position for the 2026-2027 school year.

What is the position?

Type: Fully remote, teaching 25 - 27 students at a time

Schedule: Daytime hours, with a schedule between 30 and 35 hours weekly, must be available during the hours of 8:00 - 3:00 pm EDT Monday through Friday.

Description/Clientele: High School Students, teaching Algebra 2, Geometry and PreCalculus

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of teaching, excluding student teaching, of grade level being requested
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience remotely
• Will be teaching Algebra 2, Geometry, and PreCalculus, expertise with these subjects is a must
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
• Must have experience in and proficiency with written documentation regarding lessons and student progress, as well as assignment grading. 
• Must have a valid teaching certification for high school math
• Must be available for daytime teaching between the hours of 8:00 - 3:00 pm EDT
• Must have reliable access to both internet services and devices featuring a camera & microphone
