Equifax is where you can power your possible. If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds,  and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.

Equifax Government Solutions is a leading provider of differentiated data, analytics, and technology that helps federal, state, and local government agencies make critical decisions with greater confidence. As Vice President Advisory Relations, you will be a pivotal executive responsible for defining, building, and executing an end-to-end partner strategy that drives market penetration and revenue growth. In this high-visibility role, you will cultivate strategic relationships across System Integrators (SIs), Value Added Resellers (VARs), cloud technology partners, and top-tier Advisory & Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) firms. You will ensure Equifax data assets and technology solutions—including The Work Number®—are intrinsically embedded into state and federal system modernization roadmaps, particularly across Social Services program eligibility, workforce, and identity validation.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and own the overarching advisory partner strategy for Equifax Government Solutions, aligning ecosystem advocacy with corporate growth targets and strategic priorities.
  • Establish and nurture high-impact strategic relationships with major Social Services Advisory and IV&V firms to position Equifax as the gold standard in government data and verification.
  • Drive targeted engagement with key advisory leaders to ensure Equifax data assets and analytics are embedded into system design recommendations, policy roadmaps, and modernization frameworks.
  • Build and sustain C-suite partner relationships to maximize mindshare, drive executive advocacy, and foster long-term strategic alignment.
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives, industry briefings, and educational programs to enable advisory partners to effectively evangelize Equifax capabilities.
  • Partner with the Equifax Government Solutions Sales leadership team to integrate advisory insights and partner advocacy into key account strategies and major pursuit roadmaps.
  • Establish governance frameworks, engagement metrics, and impact tracking to measure advisory partner mindshare and market influence.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the advisory community, collaborating with Product, Technology, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure solutions meet public sector regulatory, security, and IV&V evaluation criteria.
  • Utilize modern data analytics and AI tools to manage partner relationship health, measure advocacy touchpoints, and optimize operational workflows.

What experience you need

  • 7+ years of progressive executive experience in strategic partnerships, advisory relations, or business development within the U.S. Public Sector market (Federal, State & Local).
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with top-tier Advisory and IV&V firms within Health and Human Services (HHS), Social Services, or Medicaid domains.
  • Proven track record of positioning enterprise capabilities with advisory firms and driving solution advocacy without relying on transactional distribution channels.
  • Strong functional knowledge of enterprise data, advanced analytics, cloud platforms, and SaaS models within government technology modernization.
  • Executive-level communication, negotiation, and influence skills with proven experience presenting to corporate executive teams, advisory panels, and public sector policy stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required or 10+ years of related Sales experience
  • Ability to travel as needed for executive partner engagements and strategic industry forums.

What could set you apart

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Public Policy, or Information Technology.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in government eligibility verification, workforce data, and digital identity frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience building or using AI tools, automated workflows, and data-driven dashboards to streamline alliance operations and relationship tracking.
