Head of IB – Thailand (Thai speaking)
Overview
A multinational online-trading broker is looking for a Thai-speaking Head of IB to drive regional growth in Thailand. This leadership role owns IB performance, builds strategic partnerships and leads a team of Business Development Managers to ambitious revenue and volume targets.
Responsibilities
• Own IB performance and growth in Thailand against revenue, volume and expansion targets
• Build and execute a strategic plan for the Thai market
• Spot new opportunities, solve market challenges and deliver measurable growth
• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of Business Development Managers
• Set and track clear KPIs and take corrective action where needed
• Acquire new partners while deepening existing relationships
• Align with Support, Dealing, Payments, Product and Compliance on market initiatives
• Analyse partner performance and market data to optimise results
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or a related field
• 5+ years in Business Development and IB management within Forex or Fintech, incl. 2–3 years in leadership
• Fluent Thai and English
• Proven people-management and coaching experience
• Strong stakeholder and partner negotiation skills
• Advanced Excel for analysis and reporting
• Solid knowledge of forex, crypto or related trading markets
