Senior FullStack Developer (.Net + Angular)

This is a direct-hire opportunity. The selected professional will be hired directly by our client under local payroll in Mexico. EX Squared LATAM acts as the recruitment partner for this position.

Role Overview

We are seeking a FullStack Developer to join our client’s internal team in Mexico. This opportunity offers an indefinite employment contract, advanced English communication, and opportunities for internal growth.

Location

• Mexico City or Guadalajara: Preferred locations, with office attendance 2–3 days per week.
• Other cities in Mexico: Remote work may be considered, although candidates in the preferred locations will be prioritized.
  

Contract Duration

Indefinite employment contract, with 100% local payroll and an exclusive employment arrangement.

What you’ll do

• Develop applications using Angular 14+, Microsoft .NET, and JavaScript, with SQL/NoSQL databases in Azure and on-premises environments.
• Design database schemas and develop stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Perform unit testing and troubleshoot applications built with ASP.NET, .NET, C#, JavaScript, web services, and SQL Server.
• Follow established development practices using Scrum and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Analyze business requirements, assess technical feasibility, and provide development estimates.
• Create technical documentation using Visio, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of progressive software development experience using the technologies described above.
• 3+ years developing Angular 10+ components and services.
• Strong TypeScript and JavaScript skills.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, RESTful APIs, and Inversion of Control (IoC) containers.
• 1+ year of development experience in Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
  
• Strong understanding of responsive web application development.
• Working knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and CI/CD automation technologies.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field from an accredited institution.
