Position Summary

The Career Framework Manager is a newly created role that will help shape and advance the organization's Career Framework. Working closely with leaders and HR teams, this position supports career pathways, job families, career stages, workforce planning, succession planning, talent calibration, and internal mobility.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving organizational challenges, and creating practical solutions that help team members understand career opportunities and help leaders make informed talent decisions. As the organization continues to grow through both organic expansion and mergers, the Career Framework Manager will play an important role in evolving career framework practices that support business needs and team member growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the ongoing development and evolution of the Career Framework, including career pathways, job families, career stages, competencies, and progression expectations.
  • Partner with leaders and HR teams to improve career clarity, internal mobility, and workforce capability.
  • Maintain and enhance framework resources, role profiles, guidance materials, and job descriptions.
  • Support talent calibration, succession planning, and workforce planning processes.
  • Develop practical resources that help leaders and team members better understand career options, expectations, and growth opportunities. 
  • Partner with the HR Analytics team to identify workforce trends, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Compensation, Training & Development, Recruiting, and HR teams to align talent programs and practices.
  • Serve as a resource to leaders and HR teams on Career Framework concepts, role structures, and career growth practices.
  • Support merger integration efforts related to career frameworks, role structures, and career growth practices.
  • Help identify and incorporate effective practices that strengthen and evolve the framework.

Nature of the Role

This role operates through partnership, influence, consultation, and facilitation. Success comes from building strong relationships, translating complex concepts into practical solutions, and helping leaders make informed talent and workforce decisions.

As a newly created role, the Career Framework Manager will have the opportunity to help shape an important and evolving organizational capability while supporting a growing organization.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting career frameworks, workforce planning, succession planning, talent reviews, or internal mobility programs
  • Experience partnering across multiple HR disciplines and business functions
  • Experience supporting organizational growth, transformation, or integration is a plus

Location: Remote           

Compensation & Benefits:

The expected base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $120,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.

This role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive U.S. based benefits package, including:
