The Power Platform/ Sharepoint Developer designs, develops, and delivers Microsoft 365 solutions that improve business processes, collaboration, and information management. The role focuses on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and SharePoint Online, while providing consulting, implementation, support, and client guidance throughout the solution lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Delivery

  • Design, build, test, and deploy solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Lists.
  • Develop apps, custom forms, workflows, approvals, notifications, and integrations.
  • Utilize Dataverse and model-driven apps where appropriate.
  • Follow best practices for solution management, deployment, documentation, and governance.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance existing Power Platform solutions.

SharePoint Consulting & Development

  • Design and configure SharePoint Online environments, including sites, libraries, lists, metadata, permissions, navigation, and search.
  • Deliver SharePoint customizations using SPFx, PnP PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and modern development approaches.
  • Advise clients on information architecture, governance, document management, collaboration, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Perform content migrations to SharePoint and Teams.
  • Contribute to intranet, migration, governance, and collaboration projects.
  • Recommend configuration-based solutions before custom development where practical.

Consulting & Project Delivery

  • Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
  • Translate business needs into solution designs, user stories, estimates, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage solutions through design, development, testing, deployment, training, documentation, and support handover.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies effectively.
  • Produce technical and user documentation.

Support & Minor Enhancements

  • Support SharePoint and Power Platform incidents, defects, and enhancement requests.
  • Troubleshoot issues and manage requests within agreed service levels.
  • Differentiate support tasks from larger project work and escalate when required.
  • Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.

Pre-Sales & Team Collaboration

  • Assist with solution scoping, estimates, demonstrations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Provide delivery expertise during solution design and planning.
  • Collaborate with consultants, developers, project managers, and service teams.
  • Participate in peer reviews and quality assurance activities.

Security & Governance

  • Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, records management, and information protection requirements.
  • Apply secure development practices and least-privilege access principles.
  • Handle client information and access credentials responsibly.

Professional Development

  • Carry out additional activities as directed from time to time by the manager of this position. 
  • Increase job knowledge through Microsoft learning, hands-on experimentation, peer collaboration and participation in company-wide initiatives and meetings. 
  • Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.  

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering Power Platform solutions, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience designing and implementing SharePoint Online solutions.
  • Strong client-facing consulting and requirements-gathering experience.
  • Experience supporting and enhancing live Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Knowledge of migrations, governance, and information architecture is advantageous.

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Lists.
  • Understanding of Dataverse, solution management, and Power Platform environments.
  • Experience with SPFx, TypeScript/JavaScript, PnP PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, identity, permissions, and governance.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across integrations, configuration, data, and permissions.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools is beneficial.

Consulting Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-discovery skills.
  • Ability to estimate, plan, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented approach to testing, documentation, and solution handover.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or Azure are highly desirable

Compensation: PHP 135,000 - PHP 165,000
