Job Description

4-6+ years relevant experience Bachelor’s degree preferred Certified meeting planner preferred Partner with marketing leadership team to develop the corporate events strategy Research potential events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation; Research, propose and manage speaking engagements for company spokespeople Collaborate with our creative team on event messaging and communications development; Oversee management of event logistics, exhibit planning and meeting space needs; Manage vendors and event contractors; Provide onsite coordination of corporate events; Maintain inventory of exhibit materials and ship to events; Maintain event calendar and manage event budgets; Prepare event plans and debrief on event performance; Facilitate pre-event planning meetings with marketing, business development and operations teams;

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$55,700.00 - $83,500.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
