Job description

About the company

Thrill Labs is the driving force behind Thrill.com, a crypto gaming platform built for a global audience.
Since launching in August 2025, we've grown into a top-10 brand, trusted by more than 100K users and now processing $60m+ in monthly deposits. We built this by prioritizing user experience, spending almost nothing on marketing. Now we're ramping up marketing, with the goal of top 5 globally in the next 12 months.

Thrill was founded by an operator who previously built and exited a business in this space at an $850M valuation.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to take ownership of our internal IT operations and support more than 100 globally distributed employees.

Based in Tallinn, you will be responsible for the systems, devices, access, and tooling that allow our teams to work securely and efficiently. You will work closely with our DevOps and infrastructure team, while independently owning day-to-day corporate IT operations across the company.

This is a hands-on role with broad ownership. You will manage everything from onboarding and offboarding to identity and access, endpoint management, SaaS administration, employee support, and IT automation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the full employee IT lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes across company systems and applications.

  • Provision approved access, revoke accounts and active sessions, and ensure ownership of business data and resources is transferred correctly when employees leave or change roles.

  • Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Google SSO, MFA, and hardware security keys, including YubiKey enforcement for access to critical systems.

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain MDM for macOS and Windows, including device configuration, application deployment, OS updates, compliance policies, and troubleshooting.

  • Research, pilot, and maintain endpoint security for critical roles, with technical guidance from DevOps/security.

  • Provide reliable remote IT support to employees across different locations and time zones.

  • Maintain clear internal documentation, troubleshooting guides, and repeatable IT processes.

  • Automate recurring IT administration and support tasks using scripts, APIs, and integrations.

  • Maintain the company's SaaS inventory, coordinate periodic access reviews with application owners, reclaim unused licenses, and track renewals.

  • Manage workplace-tool settings, external sharing controls, permissions, and business-data recovery procedures.

  • Provide remote support for basic office networking, including routers, Wi-Fi, connectivity troubleshooting, and ISP coordination.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate IT, systems administration, IT operations, or a similar hands-on role.

  • Ability to independently own corporate IT operations and confidently troubleshoot unfamiliar issues.

  • Strong practical experience supporting both macOS and Windows environments, ideally within a distributed or remote-first company.

  • Hands-on experience deploying and operating an MDM solution, including staged rollouts, policy configuration, troubleshooting, and recovery from failed or incorrect policies.

  • Strong experience administering Google Workspace plus working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, identity and access management, and hardware security keys.

  • Practical knowledge of endpoint protection, EDR, device hardening, and security incident escalation, ability to evaluate and implement controls with senior technical support

  • Experience managing SaaS access throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, permission changes, and periodic access reviews.

  • Solid networking fundamentals, including Wi-Fi, routers, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and general connectivity troubleshooting.

  • Basic Python scripting and API experience for automating repetitive administrative tasks.

  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.

  • Good command of English and the ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical colleagues.

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience working in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.

  • Experience supporting a globally distributed or remote-first workforce.

  • Experience working closely with DevOps, infrastructure, or security teams.

  • Previous experience in iGaming, fintech, crypto, or another security-conscious industry.
