Tri-Merit

Tri-Merit LLC.- R&D Tax Credit Analytical Services – Started with a vision: Provide the "Best in Class of Service to CPA firms and their clients in all aspects related to the Research & Development Tax Credits.” The current R&D Tax Credit relies on disciplines of the hard sciences in concert with numerous tax hurdles & changing calculations. Often CPA firms don't have the familiarity of engineering & tax expertise needed to qualify and document the complex R&D tax credits. A recent court case set the precedent that the engineering component IS vital when interpreting, evaluating and substantiating the qualified activities & expenses, thereby validating Tri-Merit's decision to combine engineering & tax expertise from end to end in every study years ago. Our teams utilize our internally developed software platform, PRoTaC (Professional Review of Tax Credits), which is based on a systematic evaluation of the credit regulations and client specific facts and circumstances. The advantage of this process is it saves both time and money, while assuring a thorough and complete review of all criteria, while developing an extremely detailed documented package. We believe so strongly in our expertise and years of experience, we provide free credit analysis for all types of businesses, i.e. manufacturing, software development, technology, medical etc. If you have any questions or need additional information about the R&D Tax Credit feel free visit our website or contact us.
