Job description

At Level Access, we’re leading the digital accessibility revolution—helping global enterprises create inclusive, compliant, and exceptional digital experiences. Our AI-driven platform, combined with deep accessibility expertise, enables organizations to design, build, and maintain accessible web, mobile, and product experiences that align with WCAG, Section 508, and ADA standards. We partner with some of the world’s largest brands to operationalize accessibility—transforming compliance from a checkbox exercise into a sustainable, organization-wide culture of inclusion!

As a Solutions Engineer (SE), you’ll be a trusted advisor guiding customers through their digital accessibility journey. Partnering closely with Account Executives and Customer Success, you’ll shape the technical strategy, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and architect tailored solutions that connect our platform and services to the customer’s unique goals.

You’ll engage directly with executives, developers, designers, and program owners to help them understand how Level Access can accelerate compliance, reduce risk, and improve user experience at scale.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on accessibility standards, automation, and program governance.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Product Marketing as the voice of the customer.

  • Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks) and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile delivery models.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and discovery skills—you thrive on understanding “why” before showing “how.”
  • Ability to balance technical depth with business acumen in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Bonus: knowledge of WCAG, Section 508, ADA, or other accessibility frameworks.
  • Willing to have some travel - up to 30%
