About the Role

The Veeam Global Demand Generation and Customer Marketing team is hiring a Campaign Marketing Manager to help develop and execute programs that help customers adopt our solutions, realize measurable value, and expand use of Veeam’s core products to drive customer retention.  

As a Campaign Marketing Manager, focused on customer retention, you will manage customer lifecycle programs spanning onboarding, adoption, optimization, renewal and re-engagement. Working within the broader lifecycle strategy, you’ll translate customer needs, product usage signals and business priorities into scalable, relevant experiences that encourage customer engagement. You will work on marketing tactics including email marketing and email nurturing, webinars, SEO, social media, and more that generate customer engagement and help sales meet their renewal targets. 
 
In this role, you will also be responsible for creating new marketing content for our Cloud and Dev customers by writing copy for emails, landing pages and assist in the development of creative advertisements and/or new technical content. Your role will be a critical part of the Customer Retention campaign and will work closely with customer experience, product marketing, content marketing and demand gen functional teams to create marketing plans, execute on tactics, and analyze results.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and project manage lifecycle programs across onboarding, adoption, optimization, renewal, advocacy, and re-engagement  
  • Map customer journeys with important milestones and content opportunities  
  • Translate customer journeys and lifecycle priorities into campaigns, workflows, and customer experiences within the Universal and Veeam Kasten customer retention campaigns 
  • Execute plans by partnering with functional marketing teams such as web, social, email, digital advertising and automation teams  
  • Help create and write campaign content including whitepapers, technical guides, social media posts, emails, landing pages, and advertisements for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Search Engines  
  • Manage target account lists and customer segments to ensure the right message, reaches the right customer, at the right time 
  • Analyze data (campaign results, conversion rates, pipeline, traffic etc.) in tools like Tableau, Databricks, and PowerBI to identify positive results or identify areas for improvement  
  • Communicate plans, results, and optimizations to executives, stakeholders and regional teams across the globe to make sure everyone stays aligned and work is completed on time  
  • Maintain and optimize always-on omni-channel customer programs 

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years experience working in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, marketing campaigns or digital advertising for B2B technology companies  
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing  
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English  
  • Experience developing and executing email campaigns, nurture programs, or automated customer journeys 
  • Ability to manage program from planning through launch, measurement and optimization 
  • Familiarity with other media channels like webinars and digital tactics like email and social media  
  • Ability to write and create marketing materials like emails, social posts, landing pages and advertisements  
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to be able to balance multiple products and get things done on time  
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI, Tableau, Claude, and Salesforce is a plus
