Salesforce FSC Solution Architect – Banking


Summary

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader with 15 to 20 years of professional experience to serve as the Salesforce FSC Solution Architect within the IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, the incumbent will be responsible for designing and overseeing complex financial services solutions that leverage the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). The position demands a deep strategic understanding of banking ecosystems, requiring the architect to bridge the gap between intricate business requirements and robust technical implementations. This individual will drive the adoption of industry best practices, ensuring that all architectural decisions align with scalability, security, and regulatory compliance standards specific to the financial domain.

Responsibilities

  • Design and define comprehensive technical architectures for banking solutions utilizing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and OmniStudio.
  • Lead the integration of core banking systems with Salesforce platforms through the development and management of REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Architect and implement data models specifically tailored for Financial Services Cloud to ensure accurate representation of customer and account data.
  • Oversee the development of custom functionality using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to address unique banking use cases.
  • Establish and maintain robust automation workflows using Salesforce Flow to streamline operational processes.
  • Ensure all solution designs adhere to strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance frameworks.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on Salesforce Solution Architecture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and features to enhance the capabilities of the existing Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in IT Services, with a significant portion dedicated to Salesforce architecture and development.
  • Proven expertise in the Salesforce FSC Data Model and its application within the banking and financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Core Banking Integration patterns and methodologies.
  • Advanced technical skills in building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Extensive background in configuring and managing Salesforce Flow for complex business logic.
  • In-depth knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and their implementation within Salesforce solutions.
  • Mastery of Salesforce FSC (Financial Services Cloud) features and capabilities.
  • Professional experience with Salesforce OmniStudio tools for building guided experiences.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce Solution and Technical Architecture principles.
