Salesforce FSC Solution Architect – Banking


Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to serve as a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Solution Architect within the IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, you will leverage over 15 years of industry experience to design and implement robust, scalable financial solutions. Your primary objective is to architect complex systems that integrate core banking functionalities with the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. This position is critical for driving digital transformation initiatives, enabling organizations to deliver superior client experiences while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory standards in the banking domain. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic business goals, commanding a competitive compensation package ranging from ₹25 to ₹30 Lakhs per annum.

Responsibilities

  • Design and define the overall technical architecture for Salesforce FSC implementations, ensuring alignment with banking business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain the FSC Data Model to support complex financial structures, customer profiles, and relationship mapping.
  • Engineer secure and efficient integration patterns between Salesforce platforms and legacy core banking systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Create custom business logic and user interfaces utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow to meet specific operational needs.
  • Architect and implement OmniStudio solutions to streamline complex banking processes and enhance agent productivity.
  • Lead the design of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance frameworks within the Salesforce environment.
  • Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance on solution design, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across the financial services landscape.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution blueprints.

Requirements
Requirements:
  • Possess 15 to 20 years of professional experience in IT Services, with a significant portion dedicated to Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data model and its application in banking contexts.
  • Proven track record of architecting and executing Core Banking Integrations using REST and SOAP API standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow for building custom functionalities.
  • Strong background in implementing OmniStudio tools for complex business process automation and data management.
  • Extensive knowledge of KYC and AML regulatory requirements as they apply to financial services technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end Salesforce Solution and Technical Architecture for large-scale enterprise environments.
