We are seeking an execution-focused, analytical, and highly organized, remote Senior Digital Marketing Manager to own multi-channel campaign delivery and day-to-day marketing operations for our US-based client in the tech industry. In this role, you will lead end-to-end campaign execution across paid media, local search, CRM, and third-party delivery platforms while integrating modern AI workflows to accelerate reporting and content creation. You will serve as the operational bridge between strategic client goals and tactical implementation, ensuring timely project delivery and measurable revenue impact.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Account Execution & Client Communication: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned US accounts, managing day-to-day deliverables, leading weekly client status calls, and delivering data-backed performance reports.

Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and monitor performance across paid search (Google Ads), local SEO/listings (Google Business Profile, Apple Maps), email/CRM workflows, and social media campaigns.

Third-Party Delivery (3PD) Management: Optimize listings, run localized promotions, and monitor menu merchandising across delivery aggregators including DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub.

AI Tool Integration & Workflow Automation: Daily deployment of generative AI tools and prompt frameworks (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) to streamline copywriting, creative variation, client presentation drafting, and competitive research.

Operations & Quality Control: Own task tracking and sprints across project management boards (ClickUp, Asana, or Trello), ensuring every deliverable complies with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and brand guidelines.

Performance Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign conversion metrics, ROAS, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and local foot-traffic drivers, synthesizing trends into actionable strategic recommendations.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with client internal stakeholders, design resources, and external partners to ensure seamless marketing calendar execution and product launch rollouts.
Requirements
- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree with studies in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of proven hands-on experience in multi-channel digital marketing execution (Paid Search, Local SEO, Social Media, and Email/CRM).
- Has experience in a tech company or start up
- Strong business background
- TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS (MUST-HAVES)
- Direct client-facing experience, including running status meetings, managing timelines, and handling written communications with US-based stakeholders.
- Demonstrated operational AI proficiency with advanced prompt engineering techniques using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Midjourney to accelerate deliverables.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello) with proven discipline in sprint tracking, task accountability, and documentation.
- Native or near-native English communication skills (both written and verbal) suitable for senior executive presentations and client reporting.
- Graveyard shift readiness: Full commitment to working US Pacific Time hours (see schedule below).
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel
- Organized, independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented team player.
- Proactive and takes initiative without constant direction
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing Third-Party Delivery (3PD) marketing and listings on DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub.
- Previous experience in a startup environment or advertising agency preferred
- Background in multi-location restaurant, food & beverage (F&B), or franchise retail marketing.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced US or PH digital agency
- Working knowledge of local US listing management platforms (e.g., Yext, BrightLocal) and advanced CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- REQUIREMENTS FOR REMOTE WORK
- Eligible to work as a remote freelancer legally or as a contractor based in the Philippines
- Natural-born Filipino citizen or Foreigner with a working VISA or permit to work in the Philippines legally.
- Has own computer or laptop capable of handling the rigorous demands of work.
- Has a fast and reliable internet connection at home (at least 200-300 MBPS)
- Has a quiet and distraction free work environment at home.
- Willing to work in graveyard shifts or changing shift US schedules.
HOURS OF WORK

7:00AM to 4:00PM Pacific US Time. Mondays to Fridays

Benefits
- COMPENSATION: $11 to $13 per hour GROSS rate depending on experience. Payroll is disbursed once a month.
- TAXATION: As per Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations, professional fees for self-employed individuals are subject to a 5% or 10% Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) . The final tax will be calculated based on the freelancer's submission of a valid Certificate of Registration (COR) as self-employed. For those without a COR, there will be a 10% withholding tax as required by law.
- CONTRACT: This is a 3-month long freelancing trial contract (full-time) that can be done remotely at home with a computer and a fast and reliable internet connection. There are no benefits for Freelancers during the evaluation period.
- EXCLUSIVITY OF ENGAGEMENT: By accepting a full-time freelancer contract with Big Ideas, you agree that this position serves as your sole full-time role. Upon executing this contract, you are required to formally resign from and relinquish any existing full-time employment or contracts. Secondary part-time roles or freelance commitments are permitted, provided they are transparently declared prior to signing, do not present a conflict of interest, and do not compromise your availability or performance.
- POSSIBLE RENEWAL: If the Freelancer passes the trial or evaluation period after a performance evaluation, the Client may decide to renew the service and there may be certain benefits such as paid sick leaves, paid vacation leaves, HMO health insurance and 13th month pay. These are not guaranteed and everything will depend on performance and client discretion and decision.
- REPORTING TO: Although you will be reporting directly to the designated manager from our client, you will also be reporting to and will be supervised by Big Ideas, who is the consultant and service provider (Agency) of the US business. Big Ideas will be the ones to provide and disburse your compensation and other HR and administrative needs locally.
- LEGAL STATUS: You will be classified as “Self-Employed” when it concerns all legal functions and taxation. You will not be considered an employee of our Client or Big Ideas but instead, you will be a self-employed freelance professional.
