Job description

Responsible for supporting and delivering regional marketing activity across APAC to generate qualified demand, support pipeline growth, and increase brand and customer engagement. Working closely with regional Sales, Customer Success, and the Global Marketing team, the Marketing Manager will plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, events, partnerships, email, social media, web, and account-based marketing (ABM).

This is a hands-on regional role suited to a marketer who is comfortable managing multiple campaigns, working across teams, and turning regional priorities into effective marketing activity. Success will be measured through campaign delivery and performance, lead quality, engagement, contribution to pipeline, and effective collaboration with Sales and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of the APAC regional marketing plan in line with wider marketing and business priorities.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, webinars, partnerships, paid media, organic social, email, content marketing, and ABM.
  • Contribute to regional marketing KPIs, including marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline, campaign engagement and ROI, lead conversion rates, event and webinar performance.
  • Coordinate regional campaigns, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to ensure activity is delivered effectively and on schedule.
  • Adapt and localise global campaigns, messaging, and content for different APAC audiences and markets.
  • Support regional events, sponsorships, partnerships, and industry activities, helping assess their effectiveness and contribution to marketing objectives.
  • Work with Sales to develop coordinated campaigns and follow-up activity that support prospect engagement and pipeline progression.
  • Partner with Sales to review lead quality, campaign performance, and opportunities to improve conversion.
  • Work with Customer Success and internal teams to identify and develop customer stories, testimonials, references, and case studies.
  • Manage allocated regional campaign budgets and track spend against agreed plans.
  • Monitor campaign performance through dashboards and analytics, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce regular campaign and regional marketing reports for key stakeholders.
  • Use AI-enabled and marketing automation tools to support audience segmentation, campaign analysis, content development, personalisation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Test and optimise campaigns across channels to improve engagement, conversion, and overall performance.
  • Support new regional marketing initiatives and contribute ideas based on customer, competitor, and market insights.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, learning technology, professional services, workplace learning, or a similar environment.
  • Experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across a mix of channels such as email, paid media, social, webinars, events, content, and ABM.
  • Good understanding of demand generation and how marketing activity contributes to lead generation and pipeline.
  • Some experience working across APAC markets, or within international/regional marketing teams, with an awareness of different market and cultural requirements.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with Sales, Customer Success, and wider marketing teams.
  • Experience using CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Comfortable working with marketing data and using performance insights to improve campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt messaging and content for different audiences.
  • Good project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Experience working with external agencies, suppliers, or partners would be beneficial.
  • An interest in using AI and emerging marketing technologies to improve campaign execution and efficiency.
