Our Internship program provides paid opportunities for students enrolled in colleges, universities, and other qualifying educational institutions to gain valuable, hands-on experience while supporting meaningful work across engineering, technology, business, and corporate operations. Interns work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and develop practical skills while exploring careers supporting the Department of Defense.
About the Role: As a PMAT Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals on projects that support our customers, employees, and the Department of Defense. Internship opportunities are available across a variety of disciplines based on your education, interests, skills, and business needs.

Whether you're developing software, creating graphics for proposals, supporting capture efforts, analyzing data, designing marketing materials, or helping build the next generation of defense technology, your work will contribute to meaningful outcomes.

Work Environment: Interns may work in PMAT offices, remotely (where permitted), or at government facilities depending on project assignments. Some travel may be required for customer engagement, team collaboration, training, or internship events.

Compensation: $26.00 per hour
