Job description

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Why This Is a Great Opportunity

  • Take ownership of meaningful civil litigation matters and work directly with clients from strategy through resolution.
  • Join an established, collaborative legal team where attorneys have room to exercise judgment and build their practice.
  • Handle varied litigation work rather than being confined to a narrow case type.
  • Gain hands-on advocacy experience through discovery, depositions, hearings, negotiations, and other proceedings.
  • More senior litigators are welcome, and strong candidates from in-house or solo practice backgrounds will be considered.

Location: This is a fully on-site opportunity in Culpeper, Virginia, offering close collaboration with colleagues, clients, and the local legal community.

Note: Candidates must have an active Virginia bar license and 3+ years of civil litigation experience. This is not a hybrid or remote role, and the interview process is conducted in person.
