We're looking for an Amazon Digital Content Specialist to join our growing team and support the execution, optimization, and management of digital product content across Amazon marketplaces for globally recognized consumer brands including:

🌍 Osprey - Premium outdoor and adventure equipment
🍴 OXO - Innovative kitchen and household essentials trusted worldwide
⚡ Braun - Global leader in grooming and personal care solutions

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the centre of Amazon content execution, ensuring customers receive an outstanding digital shopping experience through accurate, engaging, and optimized product content.

You will work closely with Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Creative, and Brand teams to maintain product listings, launch new products, localize content for multiple markets, and continuously improve content quality and conversion performance.

What You'll Be Doing

🛒 Manage Amazon Product Content

  • Create, update, and maintain product listings across Amazon EMEA marketplaces and other platforms as needed.
  • Upload and manage product detail page content, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, videos, and A+ Content.
  • Support Amazon Brand Store updates and content enhancements.
  • Ensure content meets Amazon best practices and brand guidelines.
  • Execute product launches, catalogue updates, and content refreshes.

📈 Optimize Content Performance

  • Conduct regular content audits to identify content gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor listing health and resolve content-related issues, suppressed listings, and catalogue errors.
  • Improve product detail pages to enhance discoverability, customer engagement, and conversion.
  • Use marketplace insights and performance data to recommend content improvements.

🌍 Support Localization & Content Deployment

  • Coordinate content localization across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Adapt and maintain content for regional marketplace requirements.
  • Review translated content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deploy content updates across multiple brands and countries.

🎨 Digital Asset & Content Operations

  • Manage product images and digital assets from approved content repositories.
  • Support visual asset localization and content adaptation using tools such as Figma.
  • Organize and maintain content libraries and project documentation.
  • Ensure all digital assets meet retailer and platform specifications.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Digital Marketing, Brand, Creative, and eCommerce teams.
  • Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and marketplace initiatives.
  • Track project deliverables and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

✅ 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Content, Marketplace Content, Content Operations, or Digital Marketing

✅ Hands-on experience managing Amazon product listings and content

✅ Experience with Amazon Vendor Central/Amazon Seller Central

✅ Strong understanding of Amazon product detail pages, A+ Content, product variations, and catalogue management

✅ Experience executing content updates across marketplaces or retailer platforms

✅ Strong attention to detail and quality control

✅ Excellent organizational and project management skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Excellent English communication skills (C1 level)

Nice to Have

➕ Experience with Amazon Brand Stores

➕ Experience supporting DTC eCommerce platforms and Shopify

➕ Experience using Figma

➕ Experience with content localization and translation workflows

➕ Experience working with international consumer brands
