Job Title: Consultant – OUAF / Oracle CC&B / C2M Developer

Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as a Consultant specializing in Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud (OUAF), Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), and the Customer-to-Meter (C2M) ecosystem. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will lead technical architecture and implementation efforts, ensuring seamless integration of complex billing and payment solutions. The position demands a deep understanding of the full implementation lifecycle, from initial design to final deployment, while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive project success and align technical deliverables with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Architect and design robust technical solutions utilizing the OUAF framework and 4GL scripting capabilities.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle CC&B and C2M modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.
  • Oversee the configuration and integration of critical financial processes, including payments, collections, and general ledger operations.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models using SQL to support accurate billing and reporting requirements.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison, facilitating clear communication and collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Provide expert guidance on OUAF and ORMB technical architecture to optimize system performance and scalability.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Possess 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience within the IT Services sector, specifically focused on Oracle utilities solutions.
  • Demonstrate proven expertise in OUAF/ORMB technical architecture and the OUAF framework, including proficiency in 4GL scripting.
  • Show a strong track record in full-cycle CC&B and C2M implementations.
  • Exhibit deep knowledge of Payments & Collections workflows and General Ledger integrations.
  • Be highly proficient in SQL and possess a thorough understanding of the CC&B data model.
  • Display exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
