YOU WILL BE: 

You are a results-driven, detail-oriented operator with a passion for seamless site execution and customer-centric experience. In this role, you will help bring our digital customer experience strategy to life across site replatforming, key digital initiatives, and cross-functional projects. 

You will support cross-functional alignment for business readiness, overseeing business-side defect tracking, standardizing launch playbooks, and partnering with key teams to validate front-end functionality across new site updates and legacy systems. By spending time analyzing customer journey metrics alongside industry benchmarks, you will surface data-driven recommendations to refine site functionality, eliminate friction, and continuously elevate the digital luxury experience. Your work will ensure our digital experience remains reliable, functional, and continuously improving at every customer touchpoint.


  • WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Drive data analysis and translate customer insights and data into strategic site recommendations, optimizing digital functionality and user journeys to drive engagement and commercial growth.
  • Support cross-functional alignment on new site experience strategies by establishing clear documentation, structured approval workflows, and execution roadmaps in close partnership with Digital Experience leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Assist with site defect tracking and release validation, maintaining active oversight of incoming bugs and newly deployed fixes to protect the customer facing digital experience.
  • Oversee front end UAT processes for site enhancements and system integrations, driving cross-team alignment to validate complex business scenarios across new features and legacy platforms before go-live.
  • Co-lead bi-weekly E-Commerce Leadership meetings for the digital experience team, setting agendas, and aligning stakeholders on key business updates and priorities.
  • Conduct regular competitive benchmarking assessments to monitor industry trends, identify digital experience gaps, and uncover innovation opportunities.
  • Establish and scale standard operating playbooks and execution frameworks for major site migrations, feature releases, and defect resolution to drive consistency and operational excellence across digital initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING: 

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of digital eCommerce, site merchandising, product or related role. 
  • Ability to drive project readiness, manage cross-functional timelines, and coordinate between eCommerce, Product and Technology teams.
  • Experience creating business readiness playbooks, organizing launch frameworks, and conducting business-side UAT for new front-end features and site releases.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across functional teams.
  • Understanding of the retail, fashion, or luxury brand landscape.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Commerce or MACH/headless architectures) and core digital tools (PIM, CMS, analytics (adobe), and personalization engines).
  • Proven success managing site enhancements, digital initiatives, or customer experience projects.
  • Serve as the primary business Subject Matter Expert (SME) on legacy systems, auditing test cases for gaps and ensuring functional alignment during system integrations and migrations.

Salary Range $72,000 - $89,000*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
