We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Solution Architect to join an international Agile delivery team. The successful candidate will act as the architecture lead for defined initiatives within the client's Microsoft Power Platform landscape, designing secure, scalable, and supportable solutions across Power Platform, Azure, and connected enterprise systems.

The role combines architectural leadership with practical technical involvement, guiding delivery teams from concept and solution design through implementation, deployment, production stabilization, and continuous improvement.

Job Description

  • Design, build, and enhance Model-driven Apps and Canvas Apps using reusable, scalable, and maintainable development patterns.
  • Develop Power Automate cloud flows, approvals, business processes, and integrations with appropriate error handling and monitoring.
  • Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, business rules, and solution components.
  • Integrate Microsoft and third-party services using standard connectors, custom connectors, and REST APIs.
  • Develop reusable components and apply responsive design principles where appropriate.
  • Deploy solutions across multiple environments using managed solutions and structured ALM practices.
  • Work with Azure DevOps and Git for source control, work-item management, CI/CD, and deployment processes.Perform unit testing, peer reviews, defect resolution, and production support.Create technical documentation covering solution design, configuration, integrations, and deployment procedures.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders within an Agile environment.
  • Take ownership of assigned work packages from refinement and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
  • Coach and support internal developers through pair programming, code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
  • Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and technical debt early and communicate them clearly to the team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software development or low-code development experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Microsoft Power Apps development in enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience delivering production-ready Model-driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Power Fx, reusable components, responsive design, and maintainable development patterns.
  • Strong practical experience with Power Automate, including cloud flows, approvals, error handling, monitoring, and integrations.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including data modelling, relationships, security roles, business rules, and solution components.
  • Experience integrating Microsoft and third-party services using standard connectors, custom connectors, and REST APIs.
  • Experience deploying managed solutions across multiple environments using structured Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including repositories, pipelines, work items, and CI/CD processes.
  • Strong experience with Git and source-control workflows.
  • Solid understanding of software testing, peer reviews, defect resolution, technical documentation, and production support.
  • Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborating effectively with developers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with Power Platform Component Framework (PCF), plugins, JavaScript, TypeScript, custom connectors, Power Pages, Azure Functions, Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service, Copilot Studio, and/or AI Builder is an advantage.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certification, particularly PL-400 or PL-600, is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned work packages, communicate risks and blockers proactively, and contribute effectively to an international engineering team.
  • Strong commitment to quality, security, maintainability, governance, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Professional English communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical decisions and collaborate effectively with international teams.
