Abax Health

Hospitals & Health Care

Abax Health is the industry's leading AI powered referral data mining, scheduling, and financial clearance services firm dedicated to helping healthcare organizations realize their untapped revenue. Each week, physicians see hundreds of thousands of patients and refer a percentage of them to specialists for additional testing and procedures. 30% of those referrals never get scheduled or patients go to a competing health system to get care, creating billions of dollars of untapped revenue annually. Using our advanced data mining algorithms, Abax’s AI identifies when a physician has referred a patient for care but the patient has not received that care. Then, with the patient’s clinical data in hand, and leveraging automated text, phone, voiceDROPs, and email, Abax’s highly skilled Education and Outreach Concierge team connects with the patient, educates the patient on the care they need, schedules, and financially clears that patient in the most convenient manner possible. Utilizing our highly experienced Education and Outreach Concierge Team, we also provide Patient Access support services including: insurance verification, authorization, patient estimation, registration, good faith estimates, scheduling and EPIC conversion services. Identify, Quantify, and Act on your untapped referrals and revenue. Let us help you realize your untapped revenue and generate new revenue streams for your organization.
