Job description

The Role

As a Senior Salesforce Product Owner (all genders), you'll own the product roadmap and backlog for Lucanet's multi-cloud Salesforce platform, spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud. You'll turn business needs into a prioritised, deliverable plan, making sure what gets built reflects genuine enterprise-wide priority.

You'll join our Salesforce Solutions team within Enterprise Applications, acting as the main bridge between the Salesforce delivery team and business stakeholders across Revenue, Finance, and Customer Excellence. You'll work hand in hand with the delivery team on refinement and planning, and with VP- and C-level leaders on priorities, risk, and trade-offs. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud across the business.
  • Drive the Salesforce backlog across enhancements, projects, and technical debt, prioritised by enterprise-wide business outcomes.
  • Translate ambiguous asks from Revenue, Finance, and Customer Excellence into clear, testable user stories.
  • Scope and phase major platform initiatives, favouring declarative configuration over custom development.
  • Lead release and go/no-go decisions, communicating delivery status, risk, and trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
  • Use AI-supported tools to speed up backlog triage, requirement drafting, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Mentor junior team members on requirement writing and stakeholder engagement, and help shape team ceremonies.

What you bring to the table

You have:

  • Owned a multi-cloud Salesforce backlog (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud or comparable) as a senior Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar
  • Managed stakeholders directly across several business functions, steering priorities rather than only gathering requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and constraints, enough to tell a declarative solution from a genuine development need
  • Turned ambiguous business requests into clear, testable delivery tickets within an agile framework
  • Worked in a governed, IT-managed Salesforce environment with change management, audit, and compliance expectations
  • Communicated delivery status and trade-offs clearly to VP- and C-level stakeholders

It's a plus if you also have:

  • A Salesforce certification (Administrator, Consultant, or Developer)
  • Experience with middleware, integration, or automation tooling such as Workato or n8n

Perks at work

  • Flexible and hybrid working: our Lucaflex model lets you plan your working hours and location according to your needs and professional responsibilities.

  • Professional development budget: get dedicated time, resources and budget to build the skills for your career path.
  • Structured feedback process: Lucanet Engage supports your personal and professional development through regular dialogue.
  • Paid volunteer days: take the time to volunteer, alone or with your team, for causes you care about.
  • Health and wellbeing support: access company wellbeing programs, sport subsidies and mental health support through external partners.
  • Paid vacation days: take 30 days a year to rest, travel and recharge.
  • Health and sports support benefit: get support for your health and sports activities.
  • Pension support: build your retirement savings with employer pension contributions.
