Esports & Competitive Gaming

At GRID we're engaged to build and mature game data ecosystem on the GRID Data Platform. Whether it's recording the first hit on a Roshan, the player location on the pursuit of a bomb plant, or something more familiar like fixture data, our approach is always the same. Disciplined towards a game-agnostic data design, we aim to accelerate the consumption and distribution for our partners and to our consumers respectively. GRID places itself at the centre of the data ecosystem within competitive gaming , bringing value en masse to Publishers, Tournaments, Teams, Creators, and Fans. Our core business works with server data, which is rich, granular, and fast. This is our future, and we're extremely motivated in our pursuit to realize it. Our culture is our most prized asset across the business, and if you're driven by your own initiative to succeed you'll fit well within the GRID team.

About the role

As a Match Administrator in GRID’s Production Services team, you will play a key role in delivering smooth, reliable, and professionally run esports tournaments. You will be part of the operational backbone behind GRID-owned and operated events, helping ensure that matches are set up, monitored, documented, and executed to a high standard.

You will work closely with teams, tournament stakeholders, talent, and internal production teams, acting as a trusted point of contact during live competition. When issues arise, you will help coordinate clear communication, support timely resolutions, and keep the tournament experience consistent for everyone involved.

This role is well-suited to someone who understands the pace and pressure of live esports environments, especially CS2 tournaments, and can stay focused while balancing operational details with real-time decision-making. Strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise during busy tournament periods will be essential.

You will also contribute to scheduling, documentation, and event coordination, supporting the continued growth of GRID’s tournament operations as the event workload expands.
