Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services, Inc. is on the lookout for a full-time, highly organized Sales and Account Operations Coordinator who can work hand in hand with the Sales and Account Services departments to support a variety of internal and external facing functions. Primary Responsibilities:

The Sales and Account Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Nonstop Sales and Account Services teams through:

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist the Sales and Account Services team with data entry in multiple internal systems, including but not limited to Salesforce & OnRamp systems
• Provide administrative support for proposal development
• Manage deadlines and progress across teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time
• Provide contract support, organization, and setup
• Interact with brokers, prospects, and clients
• Support the Sales and Marketing, Account Executive, and Sales Operations teams as assigned
• Additional duties as assigned

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

• 2+ years in a coordinator position
• Must be comfortable sharing your camera during meetings 
• Professional experience in the healthcare insurance and healthcare industry
• Comfortable working independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must have an analytical mindset 
• Must be able to work independently and remotely
• Well-organized and responsible 
• Advanced problem-resolution skills and communication abilities
• Excellent presentation and listening skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
• Experience working in Macbook and Google Suite environments
• Experience working with Salesforce and Atlassian systems 

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer per day
• Repetitive use of fingers, hands, elbows, and arms including typing, reaching, grasping, and writing
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and carry 5–30 pounds occasionally
• Hearing and speaking ability sufficient to carry on a conversation with another individual (or groups of individuals) in person and over the telephone
• Visual ability is sufficient to read and produce printed material and information displayed on a computer screen

• Hourly rate is $28.85
• Fully remote position (WFH)
