We are facing an exciting future with considerable growth and demanding changes. We continue to evolve our advanced technologies and mission critical solutions for the defense and aerospace industry to deliver real-world solutions that matter to the security of people on land, at sea and in the air. Therefore, we are looking for a Strategic Pricing Manager to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.

Your role as part of the team

As our new Strategic Pricing Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and developing our pricing capability. In our team we take pride in developing people. You will become part of the Commercial Operations & Excellence team, a growing team. The team values collaboration, knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and social activities, creating an environment where people and technology develop together. We care about the work we do and the people behind it.

Technical skills matter, but your mindset matters even more. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, curious and improvement-driven, able to build structure from a blank page while influencing stakeholders through clear communication and commercial insight. If this is you, then you could be a great addition to our team.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

In this role, you will contribute to a range of tasks across your area of responsibility. Your key responsibilities include:

    • Define and evolve global pricing strategies across products, solutions and services, including driving the transition from cost-plus to value-based pricing
    • Lead the pricing and product workstream for the planned CPQ (2027) (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation and translate pricing policies into system requirements
    • Establish pricing governance, discount policies and approval processes while supporting deal-level pricing decisions and profitability objectives
    • Deliver pricing insights, analytics and reporting that improve pricing effectiveness and identify growth opportunities
    • Partner with stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Finance, Legal and Leadership to drive alignment, adoption and continuous improvement of pricing practices.

Bring your expertise into play

To thrive in this role, we imagine that you bring some of the following qualifications:

    • Demonstrated experience transitioning organizations from cost-plus pricing to value-based pricing and translating strategy into practical frameworks and commercial policies
    • Experience working with commercial analytics and data-driven decision making, combined with a strong understanding of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools and how pricing logic is configured within them

The following is considered an advantage but not a requirement:

    • Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce, alongside experience with contract and legal review processes related to pricing and discounting
    • A background in a B2B, project-based or long-sales-cycle environment, combined with familiarity with the defense, aerospace or other technology-driven industry.

Most importantly, we believe diverse experiences add value to our team and organization. Therefore, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all the above requirements.
