Salary Range: $50K-70K salary range + incentive program


Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys initiating conversations, building connections, and creating opportunities through outbound prospecting. The SDR will engage prospective customers, identify potential business needs, generate interest in Amplix solutions, and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team. This position offers the opportunity to be considered for advancement into an expanded sales role based on performance, demonstrated skills, business needs, and position availability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospects and schedule meetings for our sales team.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and schedule sales discovery meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and scheduled appointments in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and share insights gained from prospect interactions
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly calling volumes, appointment-setting targets and KPI’s

· Research prospective customers and identify outreach opportunities aligned with Amplix solutions.

· Personalize outreach efforts using available market, industry, and customer information.

· Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through consistent follow-up and engagement activities.

· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to share insights and improve prospecting strategies.

  • · Develop a working knowledge of Amplix services and effectively communicate value propositions to prospective customers.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in outbound sales, customer service, recruiting, business development, hospitality, fundraising, or other customer-facing roles involving proactive outreach is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and online research resources.
  • Motivated by achieving goals, continuous learning, and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Curious, resourceful, and comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $50,000-$70,000 annually, plus eligibility for the Company's incentive compensation program. The target hiring range for this role may vary based on geographic location and other factors, including merit or performance, demonstrated proficiency, skills for the role, education, travel requirements, and experience. The posted range reflects our ability to hire at different titles and levels depending on background and experience. The company reserves the right to offer additional compensation at its discretion, for example, in the form of a discretionary bonus or sales commission
