Job description

Location: This position is remote within Colombia.

The role.

As a Senior Visual Designer on the Growth team, you will be the core designer behind our pitch decks and client proposals. Your primary focus is to turn strategic ideas into visually compelling, high-converting presentations that help win new business.

We are looking for a hands-on design professional with strong expertise in presentation design, brand storytelling, and visual hierarchy. While your main day-to-day focus will be bringing pitch decks to life, you will also craft and execute visual assets for our internal agency needs.

What you’ll be doing.

  • Lead the end-to-end visual design and layout of high-stakes pitch decks, credentials decks, and business development proposals.
  • Translate complex strategic frameworks, data, and creative concepts into clear, engaging, and visually stunning presentation slides.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Creative Directors, and Strategists to align visual narratives with pitch objectives.
  • Design graphic assets for internal agency initiatives and executive presentations to maintain a consistent visual identity.
  • Establish and maintain pitch design templates, typography systems, and motion elements to elevate speed and quality across all growth deliverables.
  • Ensure uncompromising standards of visual polish, alignment, and quality control under tight pitch deadlines.
  • Stay ahead of visual design trends, presentation technology, motion graphics, and agency storytelling formats.

What we’d like to see.

  • 6+ years of experience as a Visual Designer or Presentation Designer ideally from an agency or fast-paced creative environment within a multinational holding company.
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills (C1) with strong confidence presenting designs to internal teams and leadership.
  • An exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery in presentation design, pitch decks, layout, typography, and visual brand systems.
  • Proven experience working alongside international teammates, with the cultural fluency and confidence to communicate clearly across time zones and backgrounds.
  • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to absorb information quickly — getting up to speed on briefs, brands, and contexts without hand-holding.
  • Critical thinking and a proactive mindset: you ask the right questions, push ideas further, and know when to flag a problem before it becomes one.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Keynote, Google Slides and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Motion graphics skills (After Effects) are a major plus.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced pitch environments, managing tight deadlines and quick iterations without sacrificing quality.
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to partner seamlessly across growth, strategy, and creative teams.
