About the Role

We are looking for an experienced eBay Account Management Specialist who can independently manage and grow eBay accounts A–Z. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with eBay Seller Hub, listings, account health, orders, inventory, customer service, promotions, advertising, and overall marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage eBay accounts A–Z and handle day-to-day marketplace operations.
  • Create, optimize, update, and manage eBay product listings.
  • Perform eBay SEO, including titles, item specifics, descriptions, keywords, categories, and listing optimization.
  • Manage inventory, pricing, variations, stock availability, and product updates.
  • Monitor and process orders, shipping, tracking, returns, refunds, cancellations, and buyer requests.
  • Maintain strong eBay Seller Performance and Account Health and proactively resolve account issues.
  • Manage Promoted Listings/eBay Advertising, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns based on sales and advertising metrics.
  • Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, advertising spend, ROAS, fees, and overall account performance.
  • Conduct product and competitor research to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Manage promotions, discounts, offers, and other eBay marketing activities.
  • Handle buyer messages, disputes, cases, feedback, and customer-service-related issues.
  • Identify and resolve listing restrictions, policy issues, account defects, and performance concerns.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, listings, account health, advertising, and overall performance.
  • Work closely with the sourcing, inventory, customer support, and management teams.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve conversion, and scale the eBay business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on eBay account management experience.
  • Strong experience managing eBay accounts from A–Z.
  • Proven experience with eBay Seller Hub.
  • Strong understanding of eBay listings, SEO, categories, item specifics, and optimization.
  • Experience with Promoted Listings/eBay Advertising.
  • Strong understanding of eBay seller performance, account health, policies, and metrics.
  • Experience managing orders, returns, refunds, disputes, and buyer communications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with eBay sales and performance reports.
  • E-commerce/marketplace experience is required.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the complete eBay account.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing high-volume eBay stores.
  • Experience with US eBay marketplace.
  • Experience with product research and competitor analysis.
  • Experience with bulk listing uploads and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of eBay policies and seller standards.
  • Experience improving sales, conversion rates, and account performance.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
