What You Will Do

As a Process Consultant, you will play an important role in supporting healthcare operations through accurate and efficient claims processing and administrative support activities. Responsibilities may include:

• Reviewing and processing healthcare claims according to established guidelines and procedures

• Maintaining quality, accuracy, and productivity standards

• Investigating and resolving claim-related issues when appropriate

• Following compliance, audit, and service level requirements

• Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborating effectively with peers, leaders, and cross-functional teams

• Demonstrating accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail in all aspects of work

• Continuously expanding knowledge of healthcare processes and industry standards

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Ability to meet deadlines and productivity expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous healthcare operations, claims processing, administrative, or data entry experience

• Knowledge of U.S. healthcare processes and terminology

•  Understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
