Buscamos un/a Senior BMC Helix Consultant / BMC Remedy Developer para proyectos de transformación digital e ITSM.

  • Digital Workplace (DWP)

🔧 Experiencia requerida

  • Diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones sobre BMC Helix / Remedy.

  • Desarrollo de formularios, workflows, filtros, escalations y Active Links.

  • Configuración y personalización de Digital Workplace y Service Catalog.

  • Desarrollo de automatizaciones mediante APIs y herramientas de orquestación.

  • Análisis de requisitos funcionales y transformación en soluciones técnicas.

  • Pruebas funcionales e integraciones.

  • Soporte L3 y resolución de incidencias.

  • Elaboración de documentación técnica y funcional.

  • Interlocución con clientes y stakeholders.

  • Experiencia en proyectos de implantación y evolución de BMC e ITSM.
