Job Description

• Leads SAP implementation projects, strategic initiatives, and consulting engagements with a strong focus on SAP Finance and SAP Cloud solutions.

• Responsible for project delivery, governance, resource coordination, and client satisfaction.

• Provides leadership across multidisciplinary teams and serves as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Drives project planning, risk management, quality assurance, and budget control.

• Supports business development, pre-sales activities, and the expansion of SAP Cloud capabilities in the Nordic market.

• Acts as a role model within the organization and contributes to the development of delivery methodologies and consulting capabilities.

• Facilitates workshops, project governance, stakeholder management, and decision-making processes.

• Manages project risks, dependencies, issues, and resource planning throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Coordinates functional, technical, and global delivery teams to achieve project objectives.

• Ensures alignment between business requirements and SAP solution design.

• Advises clients on SAP Cloud adoption, ERP modernization, financial process optimization, and reporting transformation.

• Leverages deep finance expertise to guide solution design, compliance requirements, internal controls, and business transformation initiatives.

• Supports organizational change, process harmonization, and adoption of SAP best practices.

• Accountable for successful project delivery and financial performance of assigned engagements.

• Supports account development, business growth initiatives, and client relationship management.

• Contributes to proposals, estimations, statements of work, and pre-sales activities.

• Supports SAP Cloud business development by helping clients understand the value of SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions and finance transformation opportunities.

• Coaches and mentors consultants and project team members.

• Promotes Nagarro values, quality standards, and delivery excellence.

• Project Manager for SAP implementation and cloud transformation projects.

• Senior functional advisor within SAP Finance and Controlling.

• Trusted advisor to client stakeholders on finance transformation, process harmonization, SAP Cloud adoption, and reporting modernization.

• Lead consultant for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud initiatives, particularly within finance domains.

• Contributor to the development and growth of Nagarro's SAP Cloud practice in Sweden and the Nordics.

• Support sales and pre-sales efforts by shaping SAP Cloud opportunities, project approaches, finance transformation roadmaps, and business cases.

Qualifications

• Typically 10-15+ years of SAP consulting and project delivery experience.

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification.

• Proven track record of leading SAP implementation projects and business transformation initiatives.

• Extensive hands-on experience within SAP Finance, including several of the following areas: SAP FI, CO, Group Reporting, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Financial Planning.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial Closing, Management Reporting, and Financial Governance processes.

• Extensive experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA Finance across multiple industries.

• Experience with SAP ERP Cloud, including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud deployments, is considered a strong advantage.

• Strong understanding of SAP Activate, SAP best practices, and modern SAP delivery methodologies.

• Leads end-to-end SAP projects with responsibility for scope, timeline, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or Private Cloud implementations is highly valued.

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business value.

• Strong planning, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on project leadership and functional consulting.
