Internship Buying

What will you do?  

  • Sample management for all incoming samples  
  • Together with the Buying assistant responsible of preparing all documents and samples for weekly fittings 
  • Together with the Buying assistant responsible for all buying/ ecommerce processes, together with the ecommerce team  
  • Together with the Buying assistant responsible for checking bulk submissions  
  • Together with the Buying assistant responsible for different processes in our order system SAP  
  • Prepare data and product for business-critical meetings  
  • General support of the Buying team  
  • Together with the Buying assistant responsible for sample sale project management 

About you! 

  • Able to prioritize workload, have good organizational skills and a good eye for detail 
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues, suppliers and others at all levels 
  • Highly motivated to learn and develop 
  • A creative eye & Demonstration of a commercial aptitude 
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal 
  • Currently enrolled in a study, which is ideally Fashion/Retail/product related 

Internship Expectations!

Working from Home  

As this internship is highly operational and hands-on, with a strong focus on sample management, fitting preparation, and supporting day-to-day buying activities, regular office presence is important. For the Buying team, we would like to set the expectation of one working-from-home day per week, depending on business and team requirements.


Full-Time Commitment  

We would also like to emphasize that this is a full-time internship. Candidates should carefully consider the time commitment alongside their studies and ensure they can fully commit to the placement. We understand that school remains an important part of the internship, so we would like expectations around availability to be clear from the start.


Travel Commitment  

Travel has also been a recurring topic during internships. We would like applicants, particularly those travelling from Rotterdam or other locations further from Hilversum, to carefully consider the commute before accepting the role. Regular office attendance is an important part of the learning experience and of supporting the team effectively

  • Work From Home (WFH) Policy: For 40-hour internships, you are allowed to work from home up to 1 days per week, depending on the nature of your role. During onboarding, WFH days may vary to better support your learning and training.  
  • Internship Allowance: 450€ per month (gross) with 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).  
  • Travel Allowance: Max. 23€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.  
  • Additional Benefits: Access to 25% staff discount and a company laptop. Also, company gatherings like Townhalls and drinks.   

Eligibility Criteria   

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in February 2027. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:  

  • You are an EU citizen,  
  • You are on a Family/Partner visa, or  
  • You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
