Job description

How You’ll Support Our Mission 

ESO is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist who brings a strategic mindset, sharp analytical thinking, and strong writing skills to turn complex products into clear, differentiated stories that engage customers and support revenue growth.

You will gain a deep understanding of our buyers’ needs and pain points and translate that knowledge into positioning and content that resonates deeply with our audience. You will contribute to go-to-market plans with Product, Sales, and Demand Generation teams, develop messaging grounded in real market and competitive intelligence, and partner with Sales Enablement to help field teams turn insight into pipeline and customer adoption. 

This role also owns the process of delivering customer-facing operational communications with oversight from leadership, partnering with Customer Care to deliver timely, transparent, and customer-focused updates during high-impact situations.

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will be part of our Marketing team and can work remotely anywhere within the Czech Republic. 

Please note that we do not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must have full authorization to work in the Czech Republic.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans that ensure alignment across ESO offerings
  • Drive customer-facing operational communications across ESO’s product portfolio, keeping customers informed with clear, timely updates for both planned changes and unplanned service issues.
  • Work closely with the Product team to understand the strategic direction of our platform, sharing market and buyer insights that help inform the roadmap
  • Develop solution positioning and messaging by understanding the market and the challenges key buyer personas face
  • Conduct market research and intelligence including competitor monitoring, win/loss interviews, and message testing to keep messaging and positioning relevant
  • Identify, develop and/or manage the creation of a variety of content types (written, videos, presentations, etc.) to support revenue goals
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to inform targeted content, playbooks, and messaging that supports consistent value articulation across channels

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years in B2B product marketing, especially enterprise SaaS software
  • Self-starter; able to determine own path to success, rather than needing extensive direction
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, fast-growing, ever-changing environment
  • A clear communicator with strong writing skills; able to translate complex value propositions and operational communications into crisp, simple content
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills to support cross-functional go-to-market and communication initiatives
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to small and large audiences
  • Experience conducting market research and extracting insights to inform positioning and messaging
  • Strong analytical skills to work with data sets, extract insights, and develop actions to drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a matrixed environment and across multiple time-zones  
  • Strong interpersonal skills; balances confidence with diplomacy and a constructive attitude
  • Experience in customer-facing operational communications is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, and Monday.com preferred
