What is the job? 

Are you equal parts marketer, problem solver, and technology enthusiast? As our Digital Marketing Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in connecting marketing strategy with technical execution. You'll oversee the systems, platforms, and processes that power digital marketing efforts, ensuring campaigns, website experiences, and customer journeys run seamlessly.

In this role, you'll manage web content operations, optimize digital experiences for search visibility, deploy lifecycle campaigns, and help ensure marketing data is accurate and actionable. Working closely with marketing, content, analytics, and technology teams, you'll help drive engagement, improve performance, and support business growth through a data-driven approach.

What will you be doing?  

  •  You will oversee website content updates, page layouts, and digital assets within our content management system (CMS).
  •  You will build, test, and deploy lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app channels using Braze.
  •  You will audit website content and provide SEO recommendations to improve organic search performance and user experience.
  •  You will implement and maintain analytics tracking, ensuring website activity, conversions, and customer behaviors are accurately measured.
  • You will develop and maintain reporting dashboards that provide actionable insights into campaign and website performance. 

About you 

  •  You will bring 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing operations, web operations, digital marketing, or a related field.
  •  You will have hands-on experience with CMS platforms, Braze (or similar marketing automation tools), and Google Analytics.
  •  You will possess a strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword strategy, and tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console.
  •  You will have working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Tag Manager, or similar web technologies.
  •  You will be a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with strong project management skills and a passion for using data to drive decisions.
