Director, Finance Enablement (Oracle Transformation)

If you've led a major ERP transformation from the business side and know what it takes to turn complex finance operations into scalable global processes, this is the role where you'll make your mark. As our Director of Finance Enablement, you'll play a critical role in the deployment of Oracle Fusion Financials and Supply Chain Management across a global entertainment business, ensuring everything from supplier payments and tax compliance to inventory and costing is ready for go-live and beyond. 

This is a highly visible leadership role within our global Oracle transformation program. You'll partner with Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, Technology, country teams, third-party providers, and our system integrator to help shape the future operating model for the business. What You’ll Do 

• Lead the business deployment of Oracle Fusion Financials and Supply Chain Management across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Procurement, Inventory, Cost of Goods Sold, and Master Data 

• Partner with global stakeholders to design practical, scalable processes that support multiple countries, currencies, entities, and regulatory requirements 

• Drive global process standardization while balancing legitimate local compliance, tax, and statutory needs 

• Oversee data migration, cleansing, validation, and governance to establish a trusted global source of supplier, customer, item, and financial data 

• Coordinate readiness across suppliers, banks, payment providers, tax platforms, e-invoicing providers, and other key third-party partners 

• Lead business testing, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization activities to minimize disruption and ensure operational continuity 

• Identify and resolve complex cross-functional issues affecting finance operations, inventory, financial controls, tax compliance, reporting, and business performance

 You Should Apply If 

• You've played a significant leadership role in at least one large-scale Oracle Fusion or comparable ERP transformation from design through go-live and stabilization 

• You have deep expertise in Accounts Payable and procure-to-pay processes, with working knowledge of Tax, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Supply Chain, and master data governance 

• You're comfortable operating at both strategic and highly detailed levels, moving seamlessly between executive conversations and hands-on problem solving 

• You've coordinated complex dependencies across business functions, technology teams, third-party providers, and external partners 

• You thrive in environments where success depends on influence, collaboration, and leadership rather than direct people management 

• You can confidently challenge assumptions, navigate ambiguity, and drive decisions that keep programs moving forward 
• You are authorized to work in either the United States or United Kingdom without current or future visa sponsorship
