About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, and experienced Sales Specialist dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world. This role combines expertise in both CrowdStrike's Services and Falcon Complete (MDR) solutions.

As a Sales Specialist, you will take CrowdStrike's capabilities and value to potential clients, match our strengths to clients' needs, and help our partners and clients defeat adversaries. The successful candidate has business acumen, strong consulting skills, current technical knowledge, and is flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing situations - both with the adversary and with the client. You must be results-driven, customer-focused, technologically savvy, and innovative at building internal relationships and external partnerships.

What You'll Do:

  • Become a Trusted Advisor within the Cybersecurity Industry and an expert on CrowdStrike services and products

  • Actively engage prospective customers and existing clients to identify new opportunities for growth

  • Run sophisticated sales motions from prospecting to closure for both services and MDR solutions

  • Work with Account Executives, Regional Sales Managers, and Regional Directors to collaborate and execute plans to qualify and close enterprise business

  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers (SEs) to devise and execute account strategies and plans

  • Partner with internal sales teams to drive both net-new and recurring revenue

  • Forecast and report pipeline updates to the management team

  • Provide exceptional sales guidance and high-touch customer service, including escalation, triage, and coordination of urgent matters

  • Stay well-educated on CrowdStrike's competitive landscape and effectively communicate the value of our solutions compared to competitors in the cybersecurity market

  • Be a go-getter who consistently exceeds established targets, goals, and quotas

  • Experience managing entire sales cycles from discovery to closed won

  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience generating net new business

  • Minimum 2+ years of security experience (Managed Security Services experience preferred)

  • Experience selling complex multi-product architectures to mid-market and enterprise organizations

  • Track record of exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota-carrying role

  • Strong cold calling experience with excellent presentation skills

  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly

  • Security and/or SaaS sales experience a plus

  • Ability to travel 25-50%, with modified work hours as needed to accommodate accounts in different time zones

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $130,000 - $175,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
