Security Engineer

This is a remote position.

Job requirements at a high level would look like:

• Responsible for implementing Tanium cybersecurity solutions to our enterprise customers.
  

• This is a customer facing role where will be trusted to advise all levels of a prospective cybersecurity team.
  

• Be able to move between customer-facing consulting to building security content and project management.
  

• You should feel comfortable and competent in promoting the features of the cybersecurity solutions we support while aiding our customers in the technical details of integrating the technology. 
  

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with cybersecurity in a technical role. This can include a customer-facing role such as PS (Professional Services) or technical sales engineering or a senior role in a security operations team.
  

• Knowledge of market trends in the cybersecurity industry such as ransomware, attack frameworks, Zero Trust, etc.
  

• Experience with enterprise security solutions such as threat detection and hunting, malware intelligence, cloud security posture management.
  

• Experience deploying SIEM, SOAR, and threat intelligence solutions from provisioning to production.
  

• Experience with Tanium EDR
  

• At least one relevant industry certification (Security+, Network+, CYSA+).
  

Nice to have:

• Tanium Certified Professional – Endpoint Management (TCPEM) – Focuses on managing and administering Tanium’s operations modules.
  

• Tanium Certified Professional – Endpoint Risk & Security (TCPRS) – Covers security, risk, and compliance use cases.
