Full-time > Direct hire > 100% Remote (USA)Overview:Join our dynamic team as an Implementation Database Analyst, responsible for seamlessly migrating customer data, configuring SQL High Availability, and managing database operations in a Windows environment. This role involves ETL operations, data loading into the Spok database, troubleshooting database issues, and ensuring the successful implementation of HL7 – ADT patient feeds. Required Duties and Responsibilities: Database Administration:>Configure SQL/Oracle products.>Assist Support in resolving database issues.>Research and integrate new SQL/Oracle products with Spok's offerings.Loading Customer Data:>Migrate data from old applications to the new environment.>Load customer data into the Spok schema during implementation or upgrades.>Develop and install customer data interfaces (Spok SQL product). Maintaining Customer Data:>Troubleshoot customer data interfaces. >Perform data cleanup, manipulation, removal, and review within the Spok product schema.>Extract data for customer and internal reviews.Customer Relations:>Collaborate with customers to address database and data-related issues.>Explain database functionality and coordinate database and data projects.Communication:>Collaborate with different Spok departments to comprehend roles and performance requirements.>Provide timely follow-ups to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction.Documentation:>Develop and maintain process, standards, and upgrade documentation.>Prepare documentations for effective operational continuity.Required Education, Skills, and Experience:>Bachelor’s degree in computer science and 2-4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.>3+ years of SQL (required); Oracle experience is a plus.>Customer service-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.>Excellent oral and written communication skills.>Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain composure in stressful situations.>Demonstrated leadership skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.>Willingness to work outside normal hours, including early mornings and weekends.Technical Requirements:>Strong knowledge of T-SQL, PL/SQL.>Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle databases, and a good understanding of database design principles.>Knowledge of SQL programming and ability to write complex queries.Salary range: 80-90k + bonus
