Aviation Co-OrdinatorAre you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to build your career in the aviation sector? We are seeking an Aviation Administration Coordinator to provide vital operational and administrative support within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment. This role plays an important part in ensuring aviation-related documentation, records, and processes are managed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for processing and maintaining critical documentation, monitoring workflows, resolving discrepancies, and supporting day-to-day operational activities. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines. You will use a range of systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word, to ensure information is recorded and maintained to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in aviation administration, operations support, document control, or a similar administrative role. You will be a confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues while also taking ownership of tasks and working independently when required. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work will be key to your success.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured and compliance-focused environment and enjoys contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Experience with aviation documentation, invoice processing, reserve claims, document management systems, or aviation regulatory requirements would be advantageous, although not essential.
