About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Security & Technical Architect to provide technical leadership in the design, development, integration, security, and modernization of a scalable, web-based data collection and reporting platform.

The ideal candidate will combine strong Salesforce architecture and engineering expertise with hands-on experience in Salesforce security, identity and access management, enterprise integrations, data architecture, automation, reporting, and cloud-based solutions.

Location: Remote.

• The selected candidate must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, one of the states supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices: AL, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MN, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA. No relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce architecture, solution design, and technical direction.

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.

• Design Salesforce data models, integrations, automation, security, reporting, and APIs.

• Design and implement Salesforce security, access controls, and identity solutions.

• Configure and govern profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, groups, OWDs, and field/record-level security.

• Design and support SSO, SAML, OAuth, MFA, and enterprise identity integrations.

• Conduct security and architecture reviews and support remediation of security findings.

• Design integrations with external systems, APIs, databases, identity providers, and cloud platforms.

• Support data migration, large datasets, testing, deployment, and production implementation.

• Develop or oversee dashboards, reports, analytics, and data visualization solutions.

• Establish Salesforce architecture, security, documentation, and development standards.

• Support CI/CD, DevOps, DevSecOps, and Agile delivery practices.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, administrators, and project teams.

• Collaborate with business, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and technical stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including architecture, senior development, or technical leadership.

• Strong Salesforce architecture, security, data modeling, integration, and application development experience.

• Experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce Flow.

• Experience with Salesforce data migration, reporting, dashboards, and large datasets.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, groups, OWDs, and field-level security.

• Experience with SSO, SAML, OAuth, MFA, and enterprise identity solutions.

• Experience with secure integrations and security assessments.

• Strong understanding of Agile and software development lifecycle practices.

• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Architect certification(s), including CTA.

• Salesforce Platform Identity and Access Management Architect or Sharing and Visibility Architect certification.

• Experience with Salesforce Shield, Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, or Field Audit Trail.

• Experience with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar integration platforms.

• Experience with AWS or Azure.

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.

• Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance, privacy, and audit requirements.

• Experience modernizing legacy systems and securing complex enterprise Salesforce environments.

• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring Salesforce professionals.
